Infiniti Performance Engineering Academy
2015 saw a change in direction for the final selection process…….
This year the ATP Events Team joined the Infiniti judges and facilitators visiting – Saudi Arabia, Russia, Europe, China, and the USA in search of suitable candidates to meet the exacting requirements to be selected for a 1 year placement within Infiniti Red Bull Racing and Nissan Technology Centre Europe.
The standard of candidates in all of the countries was extremely high, making the selection process very challenging. ATP designed and developed two unique team challenges specifically for Infiniti which formed an integral part of the assessment process, these tasks enhanced group behaviours, interactions and highlighted individuals’ ability to think ‘outside the box’.
Five candidates were ultimately selected and these very talented individuals are now taking their first steps in the high performing world of Formula 1 and learning the necessary skill sets to work within Nissan, one of the World’s biggest car manufacturers – good luck to all the candidates it was a pleasure working with you.
As always our thanks to Gary and the entire Prism Team.

Our brief was to source a centrally located, easily accessible venue in the Midlands area with accommodation for 60 delegates each day, flexible meeting spaces with provision for ATP to deliver a bespoke, dynamic experience designed to challenge thinking, innovation, teamwork, communication and brand; of course a competitive structure was to be an essential element of the programme.
The unique Chateau Impney Hotel provided everything our client required, and from an experience perspective, we had fantastic cooperation and assistance from the Hotel team to ensure our ‘Robo Combat Challenge’ event could be seamlessly presented each day to our usual high standards.
